Dear Family Members
The information you provide will be entered into the Family Tree (Your address and phone will
not be listed on the Tree.) and the Family Booklet along with your photo
and when the Booklet is complete it will be either emailed or mailed on disk, depending on its
file size.
It may be helpful to print out a copy of the form, complete it, and then use it to fill in
the web-form.
If you have children please fill out a form for each of them. All you need is their name and photo
number (or "999" if there is no Reunion photo)and list yourself as their parent.
Here's how to do it:
A. Click on the "Reunion Photos" button below.
B. Scroll through the photos until you locate yours. Make a note of the three digit number
located immediately below the photo. (If you don’t find your photo, enter the number "999".)
C. Now click on the "Family Information" button below. A form will open. Please fill it out
as completely as possible. Don't forget to enter the three digit number of your photo.
D. If there is any of your information you wish excluded from the Family Tree, or the Booklet,
please write a note in the text box at the bottom of the form.
E. When the form is complete, click the "Send" button.
F. If you have a photo you would prefer to use, forward it by clicking on
Ollie.
Now, two requests for your help with our history:
1. Do you have any knowledge of the family of Wm. Kraemer and Mary Lang Kraemer? They had
eleven children. She was the identical twin of Elizabeth Lang Speraw, who married William
Speraw, my Grandfather.
2. Has any ancestor or member of your family been a member of our Armed Forces? Please let me know
which war and which service. If you do have any information regarding these two questions, click on
Ollie.
Thank you for your help. I’m very proud to be part of this Family.
Ollie
